Users who did not complete a withdrawal request within the specified time frame were encouraged to contact the company directly. Money.pl, however, states that many users received payments only partially or did not receive them at all. The total losses of clients are unknown, but they themselves name amounts from $ 79 to $ 15,660.

One of the users reported that he ordered a payment of 2 BTC and even received confirmation from Coinroom, but not the cryptocurrency itself. Meanwhile, dozens of other former clients are flooding the forums with complaints..

Coinroom, for its part, stopped contacting users and closed all social media accounts and completely erased data from the main website. The exchange has been operating since 2016.
